This Friday May 25th, at Cyangugu pastoral center, there is a meeting on health. In this meeting there are managers of Health Centers headed by Cyangugu Catholic Diocese

This meeting is headed by Bishop Celestin HAKIZIMANA, bishop of Gikongoro Diocese and apostolic administrator of Cyangugu Diocese. He was helped by Father Diogène DUFATANYE, manager of Cyangugu Caritas. After being welcomed by Father Diogène, the Bishop has officially open the meeting.
In opening this meeting, Bishop Celestin has said this :
-Our Health centers must be an example of others. We must give good service, be clean, collaborator, because we are Christians

-In order to regulate births, we must permit only natural methods taught by Catholic Church. Artificial methods and medicament mustn’t enter in our Health centers
.
-Finally, the Bishop has said that our Health Centers must give an example in good management. Our human, material and financial resources must be well managed
.
